Social Media Submissions
In order to submit content, please fill out the form below. Read the form fields and instructions carefully. Required fields are denoted with a red asterisk.
When you have successfully submitted the form, the page will reload to display a submission confirmation message in place of the form fields. You will also receive a confirmation email from [email protected], including the confirmation message and the information you submitted.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, your post was not successfully submitted. Please try again, paying close attention to fields and instructions to ensure the form was correctly filled out. ○ If your issue persists, please send a summary of the issue, the error message you are receiving, any relevant screenshots, and the content you are trying to enter for each form field to [email protected] and CC [email protected].
You may submit up to three (3) images, all images must adhere to the photo guidelines laid out below.
Image files may be no bigger than 2 MB. If you need to submit a larger file, please use WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/)

- Upload your photo files at https://wetransfer.com/
- Click the “Get a link” button
- Copy/paste the link into the “LINK TO PHOTOS/VIDEOS” section of the online social media submission form
Photo Guidelines:
If photos or videos contain any of the following, they will not be approved to post:
- Alcohol
- Food (No photos of tables of food/close-up photos of food, photos of employees or residents enjoying food are acceptable)
- Patient information
- Profanity
- Employees not following dress code
- Employees not following Covid protocols
- Any content deemed inappropriate by CHS leadership
Additional Guidelines
- Do not send only a photo
- Do not be vague – be as descriptive as possible
- Do not send photos of patients or visitors without their consent
- Do not provide any self-promotion
- Do not send vulgarity or profanity
Submission timeline to post
- Submissions will be posted on social media within 3 business days, unless otherwise determined by CommuniCare leadership.
Holiday Guidelines
- You may submit holiday content up to 7 days after the holiday for your content to be included in social media posts.
