Ohio Healthcare Company is New Operator of Former Crestwood West Independent Living Community

CINCINNATI, Ohio (December 4, 2019) – NeighborCare Senior Living, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has taken over management of the former Crestwood Village West independent living at 230 Welcome Way Blvd. in Indianapolis.

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Western Indianapolis the newly named NeighborCare of Chapel Hill will continue to offer independent living for seniors with a commitment to promoting good health in a neighborly atmosphere.
