Facilities increase Cincinnati-based company’s range of care

CINCINNATI, Ohio (Sept. 03, 2019) – CommuniCare Health Services now manages three new healthcare centers in the Cincinnati area, all of which provide skilled nursing care. With corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, CommuniCare continues to grow their portfolio in the surrounding communities with an emphasis on patient-centered care.

They are:

Three Rivers Healthcare Center
7800 Jandaracres Drive, Cincinnati

Brookside Healthcare Center
315 Lilienthal Street, Cincinnati

Oxford Healthcare Center
6099 Fairfield Road, Oxford

These facilities were previously operated as Premier Estates of Three Rivers, Premier Estates of Cincinnati-Riverside and Premier Estates of Oxford by Trillium Healthcare Consulting. The changes are the result of an agreement reached by the two healthcare companies.

The new Cincinnati-area centers join a portfolio of more than 80 CommuniCare facilities in seven states (Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia). CommuniCare is a privately held company headquartered in Cincinnati.

“It’s fulfilling to be able to extend our reach, reflective of serving the growing healthcare needs of an aging population,” said President of Long Term Care Division Ronnie Wilheim. “We are committed to continuing our company’s level of quality clinical care and strength of operations for the residents of Cincinnati and the surrounding area.”

Current staff are expected to stay in place with a focus on a seamless transition and ensuring lack of interruption in delivering high-quality care. “The CommuniCare Family of Companies has now grown to more than 10,000 employees strong, and we consider it a blessing and privilege to deliver excellent care and caring within our new communities,” Wilheim said.
