101-year-old WWII veteran and daughter both survive coronavirus

A 101-year old WWII veteran and his daughter shared a special moment at Westminster Healthcare Center this Memorial Day.

Charles Barbier and his daughter, Kathryn Dean, 73, were both diagnosed with COVID-19. They celebrated Memorial Day Weekend together after defeating the virus together.

Throughout his experience in the Great Depression, World War II, and now COVID-19, Charles has always remained positive and joyful.

Congratulations again, Charles and Kathryn. Your story is an inspiration to many.
