Pebble Creek Receives Mayoral Proclamation Honoring 30 Years of Operation

City of Green Mayor Gerard Neugebauer commends facility, honors select staff and volunteers for three decades of service.

GREEN, Ohio (December 10, 2018) – Pebble Creek skilled nursing center was honored on Tuesday, Dec. 4 with a Mayoral proclamation from the City of Green, Ohio for it’s 30 years of service to the community.

Staff members Diane Hafner (Activities), Pam Lovelace (LPN) and Vicki McPherson (STNA) were also recognized at the celebratory anniversary event for their commitment to the facility, having worked there prior to or since its opening in 1988.

Thirty-year volunteer Pastor Mark Yacovazzi was also celebrated for his devotion to the patients at Pebble Creek. Additionally, select patients were bestowed a commemorative coin and key to the city.

“Everyone at Pebble Creek is elated to be a part of this milestone,” Cari Templeton, Pebble Creek Executive Director, said. “Mayor Neugebauer was so wonderful when honoring our distinguished staff and patients. It was very touching.”
