CommuniCare Family of Companies Takes over Management of Skilled Nursing Center in West Virginia

BUCKHANNON, W.V. (December 1, 2019) – CommuniCare Health Services now manages Holbrook Healthcare Center, formerly Holbrook on the Hill, a skilled care and rehabilitation campus previously self-operated by Holbrook Nursing Home, Inc.

With this addition, CommuniCare, a privately held company headquartered in Cincinnati, now manages three facilities (others include Willow Tree Healthcare Center in Charles Town and Worthington Healthcare Center in Parkersburg) in the state of West Virginia, adding to the more than 80 healthcare centers across seven states (Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia).

The healthcare center will continue providing short-term and long-term care as well as rehabilitation services and other specialized care programs.
