Sleepy Hollow Healthcare Center is now Annandale Healthcare Center

Facility renovations, on-site dialysis services to follow at the skilled care center

ANNANDALE, Virginia (July 10, 2019) – Sleepy Hollow Healthcare Center, a top provider of long-term and short-term care and rehabilitation services in Fairfax County is now Annandale Healthcare Center. 

CommuniCare Health Services remains the facility’s owner and operator.

The change accompanies significant updates taking shape at the facility, including the remodeling of public spaces and the addition of an on-site dialysis center. The dialysis suite is scheduled for completion July 15 and will begin treating patients by late summer, while facility renovations will be completed early next year. 

The name change became effective on July 1, 2019.
