We are pleased to offer inpatient and outpatient dialysis services for the convenience of the resident, caregiver, physician and community. We specialize in complex resident care issues, with no transportation schedules, and the possibility of returning home and receiving outpatient hemodialysis at the same center with the same staff…seamlessly!.
